تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن شكل منهج اللغة العربية وفق قرار وزارة شؤون الدينية رقم 183 وتوافقه مع المنهج الدراسي 2013. هذه الدراسة عبارة عن مراجعة أدبية، يتم جمع البيانات من الأدبيات ذات الصلة بمحتوى البحث ويتم تحليلها باستخدام تقنيات التحليل المقارن. بناءً على تحليل مصادر البيانات الموجودة، من المعروف أن معلمي اللغة العربية في العديد من المدارس التعليمية لا يزال لديهم فهم محدود لتطبيق المنهج الدراسي 2013 وفق قرار وزارة شؤون الدينية رقم 183لعام 2019. يمكن رؤية المنهج الدراسي 2013 في مجال اللغة العربية بوضوح في كيفية إعداد مفردات المناهج. من خلال نتائج التحليل الذي تم إجراؤه، أن تغييرات المناهج التي حدثت في إندونيسيا بطيئة التعميم نحو المعلمين بما يسبب الفوضى في تطبيق هذه المناهج الدراسية، بحيث لم يكن المعلمون على دراية كاملة بتنفيذ المنهج الدراسي 2013 فيظهر منهج آخر يقال له MERDEKA . وهذا الواقع له تأثير سلبي على تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية المحددة سلفًا
