Qualitative with a phenomenological approach is the type researchers apply and use for this research, the data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data techniques collection used are depth interviews, and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The research results show that social media helps students think about religion, increase their level of religiosity, obey religious commandments, and remember God more often. In addition, online communities on social media play an important role in supporting religiosity through interaction, discussion, and moral and emotional support. Although there is a small percentage of students who feel confused about certain religious concepts, the majority feel helped by the content they consume on social media. This research provides new contributions in understanding how social media can be used as an effective tool to support religious education and practice among the zillennial generation.
2024-07-01T04:45:25+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Agnes Widiana, Iu Rusliana, Busro Busro https://waraqat.assunnah.ac.id/index.php/WRQ/article/view/719 Induction Lactation in Islamic Law Studies and Indonesian Positive Law 2024-07-01T05:10:44+00:00 Khusnul Amalia khusnulamalia0@gmail.com
This study aims to examine the legal status of the practice of induced lactation using synthetic hormone injections under Islamic law and Indonesian positive law, as well as its impact on the status of the nursing child and mahram relationships. This is a literature study that analyzes texts from Indonesian positive law, the perspectives of the four Islamic schools of thought, fatwas from the Indonesian Ulama Council on radha'ah , and other supporting articles. The focus is on elucidating legal values and norms, as well as supporting arguments, using a comparative method between Islamic and Indonesian positive law. The library data are analyzed comparatively using a juridical-normative approach to illustrate the legislative scope of both legal systems and highlight aspects that remain contentious. Findings indicate that the practice of induced lactation with synthetic hormone injections is permissible in both Islamic and Indonesian positive law, provided that the substances used are free from haram elements and do not pose health risks to the woman or the child. However, according to the four Islamic schools of thought, the status of the nursing child is still determined by the origin of the milk production, not by the use of synthetic hormones.
2024-07-01T04:47:54+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Khusnul Amalia https://waraqat.assunnah.ac.id/index.php/WRQ/article/view/713 Marahil Zuhur At-tafasir lil Al-Qur’an Al-Karim Fi Indonesia: Dirasah Tarikhiyah Nazhariyah 2024-07-01T05:10:40+00:00 Jon Pamil jon.pamil@uin-suska.ac.id Syahrul Rahman syahrul.rahman@uin-suska.ac.id Fatmah Taufik Hidayat fatmah.taufik.hidayat@uin-suska.ac.id
2024-07-01T04:49:29+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Jon Pamil, Syahrul Rahman, Fatmah Taufik Hidayat https://waraqat.assunnah.ac.id/index.php/WRQ/article/view/786 Criminal Sanctions for Terrorism Perpetrators in the Perspective of Islamic Criminal Law 2024-07-01T05:10:36+00:00 Muhammad Arif Fattahillah Muhammad0205202063@uinsu.ac.id Noor Azizah noor@gmail.com
When the crime of terrorism of the Bali bombing on October 12, 2002 occurred in Indonesia, which is not a country that applies Islamic law, then this became a problem among Muslims in Indonesia. it is clear that the behavior of terrorism is a form of Jarimah Al-Bagyu which sanctions in the form of Qisas and diyat, but in Indonesia there are perpetrators of terrorism who get the death penalty there are those who get life imprisonment with different sanctions sentenced by the judge. The research method used is normative juridical (legal research) which is descriptive analysis with primary data sourced from legal materials. The results of the research conclude that the perpetrators of the Bali I bombing terrorism in Islamic Criminal Law include indirect co-perpetrators (Isytirak ghairul mubasir/isytirak bittasabbubi) appropriately applied in the form of death penalty and life imprisonment. So that this paper will provide an overview of the perpetrators of indirect participation in which sanctions in Islamic criminal law are given in the form of Ta'zir, the judge's verdict in the Indonesian State against terrorism suspects is a form of Ta'zir, namely the punishment for the perpetrator of thejarimah is left entirely to the ruler or judge
2024-07-01T04:51:26+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Muhammad Arif Fattahillah; Noor Azizah https://waraqat.assunnah.ac.id/index.php/WRQ/article/view/735 Knowledge Ottoman Turkish Medicine : From Methods of Immunization Traditional to Pioneer World Vaccine 2024-07-03T14:20:36+00:00 Rafid Sugandi rafid.sugandi@uinib.ac.id
This research explores the history of immunization "vaccination" which was known as the variation method during the Ottoman Turkish period. The method used is the historical method, with the stages of source collection, source criticism, interpretation and writing. Data were collected from conventional and non-conventional libraries (internet), sources collected in the form of books, journal articles, website articles and others printed or from the internet that support this research. Furthermore, the facts obtained are narrated diachronically so that the facts described are chronological. The results of this study show that the development of vaccines that is happening now is a great contribution from Ottoman Turkey. The history of vaccination was started by the Ottoman Turkish government, Ottoman (Ottoman Turkish) physicians created and developed the variolation (inoculation) method, a traditional vaccine method by taming and using viruses (germs) applied to human skin that had previously been scratched. In this way, the virus injected into the human body (smallpox sufferers or non-smallpox sufferers) will experience illness and during the illness the immune process is formed so that the patient will get immunity (antibody). The success of vaccination from Ottoman Turkey has spread to Europe which saved many human lives and eradicated smallpox, especially England which was brought by Lady Mary Montagu, traders, sailors, ambassadors and others who learned the variolation method from Ottoman Turkey.
2024-07-01T04:53:02+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Rafid Sugandi https://waraqat.assunnah.ac.id/index.php/WRQ/article/view/732 Voicing Religious Tolerance Through Qur'anic Interpretation: An Analysis of Kim Knott’s Thought 2024-07-01T05:10:20+00:00 Kusnadi kusnadi_uin@radenfatah.ac.id Eko Zulfikar ekozulfikar_uin@radenfatah.ac.id
This article aims to explore the concept of religious tolerance through the interpretation of the Qur'an by analyzing Kim Knott's thoughts about insider/outsider. This is motivated by a social fact that is being polemic and viral regarding the request of one Christian to the Indonesian Ministry of Religion to reform the interpretation of the Qur'an. By using qualitative methods and content analysis techniques as well as Kim Knott's insider/outsider perspective approach, this article concludes that the insider/outsider perspective on the open letter of Christians sent to the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs to reform the interpretation of the Qur’an, is seen as dividing religious communities in Indonesia. Although it received support from the majority of Christians (outsiders) and claimed that its request to the Ministry of Religious Affairs specifically to revise the interpretation of QS. al-A’raf [7]: 157 is an act of tolerance, in fact what he did was an act of intolerance that could damage harmony between Muslims and Christians. In the insider's perspective, the request is seen as too interfering with Islamic teachings and ignoring one of the indicators of religious moderation promoted by the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs, namely tolerance. Some posts uploaded related to the request to reform the interpretation of the Qur’an on social media have indirectly become an embryo of intolerance of interfaith harmony, especially between Muslims and Christians.
2024-07-01T04:55:10+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Kusnadi, Eko Zulfikar https://waraqat.assunnah.ac.id/index.php/WRQ/article/view/796 Substantive Reasoning of Religious Court Judges in Granting Compulsory Will Rights to Non -Muslims 2024-07-01T05:15:27+00:00 Agustiar Agus agustiar@stitmadani.ac.id
The main problem of this study is related to the concept of Wasiat Wajibah which is not yet known in classical fiqh and the absence of provisions in Indonesian law that can be used by judges in granting the right of Wasiat Wajibah to non-Muslims. This study aims to analyze the substantive reasoning used by Indonesian religious court judges in resolving complications that occur through judicial decisions. This research uses a content analysis approach. The data source used is Decision Number 263/ Pdt.G /2007/ PTA.Sby . The decision was analyzed using the content analysis method. The data used is secondary data consisting of primary legal materials in the form of Wasiat Wajibah decisions of the Indonesian Religious Courts, as well as secondary and tertiary legal materials. The data was analyzed using a qualitative normative analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the substantive reasoning used by the judge in his decision is first, consideration of the maslahah perspective to maintain the five elements of Sharia: protection of religion ( hifzu'd -din), protection of the soul ( hifz 'un -). nafs ), maintenance of reason ( hifz al- akl ), protection of wealth ( hifz-i mal), protection of offspring ( hifz-i nasl ).
2024-07-01T04:56:49+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Agustiar Agus https://waraqat.assunnah.ac.id/index.php/WRQ/article/view/731 Controversies of Javanese Style Murattal among Nahdlatul Ulama Figures 2024-07-01T05:10:13+00:00 Moch. NU, with its strong cultural roots, tends to adopt the Javanese style in its engagement with the Quran, viewing it as an infrastructure that can be integrated with local values. However, NU figures have differing perspectives on the phenomenon of combining the Javanese style with Quranic recitation. This study involves content analysis and literature review, as well as the examination of lectures on social media to understand their approach to the Quran in the Javanese cultural context. The results of this study can provide a more comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of Islamic thought in Indonesia, particularly in addressing the Javanese-style murottal from the perspective of NU figures.
